Locum Band 5 Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist – Warwickshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Speech & Language Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Warwickshire . They are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist with previous paediatric experience.
Job Description
•Have SLT clinical experience of working with children with a variety of clinical needs
•The role will need to be face to face (though some home working for clinical admin tasks may be possible).
•B5 can be considered as long as not newly qualified, has experience with children, post grad experience (9 months to a year) (Not just placements), RCSLT signed off.
•To assess, treat and manage own caseload of children and young people with communication disorders and to maintain associated clinical records.
•To supervise the work of assistants, students, and other less experienced therapists.
•Full time preferred, 3 days a week, will consider lesser days based upon the right candidate.
•Working in mainstream primary schools with potential of secondary/ special.
•Therapy and intervention, not just assessments.
•Be RCSLT registered
•Previous NHS Experience
•Be able to travel independently across the city on a regular basis.
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Paediatric setting,
