🏥 Sonographer – General & Gynae Scans (Full-Time) | Scotland
Location: Various sites across Scotland
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sonographer with strong skills in General and Gynaecological ultrasound to join our friendly and professional imaging team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment offering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
You will be responsible for performing a range of ultrasound examinations, producing accurate diagnostic images, and providing reports in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a patient-centred approach, and a commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality General and Gynae ultrasound scans in line with local and national guidelines.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely reports to referring clinicians.
Maintain excellent patient care and uphold confidentiality and safety at all times.
Contribute to the smooth running of the ultrasound service and collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team.
Requirements
HCPC registration (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- CASE accredited ultrasound qualifications essential
Demonstrable experience in General and Gynaecological sonography.
Up-to-date knowledge of current ultrasound techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme membership required or willingness to obtain prior to start.
