Notes: The post holder will act as a role model and expert practitioner for staff, particularly in areas of service improvement and change management, with a focus on developing and deploying the Trust Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA) solution.
The post holder’s role will be to support complex clinical and service change within the organisation by engaging and supporting the delivery of digitally enabled medicines management transformation as part of the Digital Medicines Team program of work.
The core function of this role will be to take a senior clinical role within the delivery of ePMA functionality within the Trust and to support change as a result; ensuring that the organisation meets its local and national commitments in respect of ePMA. This includes delivery of a safe, cohesive digital solution across acute, community and health services.
The post holder will ensure communication is maintained between stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation and will ensure that organisational procedures are adhered to and that objectives are identified and met, as well as facilitating the identification and realisation of benefits.
Key activities will be: Leading and supporting staff throughout the system’s deployment; managing technical, process and clinical queries related to the system deployment; engaging with leadership teams and staff in advance of deployments to ensure system and process adoption.

-Essential – Ability to drive and access to a suitable vehicle to facilitate timely movement between sites
-Essential – Good basic IT skills and understanding of Microsoft platforms
