Locum Band 6 Community Dietitian – Berkshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Dietitian with previous Community experience.
Job Description
•A four-year undergraduate first or a two year post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
•UK registered with Health Professional Council
•Member of the British Dietetic Association
•Experience working in a clinical setting
•Demonstration that clinical skills are up to date
•Experience with learning disabilities – desirable
•Knowledge of RIO electronic recording system – desirable
•To supervise/mentor the work of the dietetic assistant as required.
•To provide cover for other members within the Nutrition and Dietetic Learning disability department, which may necessitate travelling to other locations across Berkshire.
•To contribute to trust wide policy strategies, nutrition steering group, providing learning disability perspective
•To plan, manage and prioritise own clinical workload across the Berkshire community teams
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Dietetic setting
