•Band 6 CPN/ RMN with community experience to manage a defined caseload for working age adults. – Full JD is available upon request.
•Minimum 3 month contract with the option to extend.

Position Requirements
•Active NMC registration
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
•UK Drivers Licence
