Job Description
•This role will involve management of a defined caseload. as well as triaging,assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care programs for children and families!
•Monday to Friday / Full time and Part time hours available, Flexible working hours will be an option
•Block Booking is ongoing, with a minimum of 3 months
Position Requirements
•Active NMC registration
•6 months minimum experience performing a similar role in the NHS
•Enhanced DBS
