We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Community experience.
Job Description
•Looking for community physiotherapist x 1 role.
•Candidate should be able to assess and provide high standards of physiotherapy input to patients in the community.
•Candidate should be able to liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively.
•Candidates should be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required.
•Candidate should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes.
•Candidate should be able to use computers and have sound skills using Microsoft Office applications.
•All candidates should have knowledge of Lone Working Policy.
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Physiotherapy setting
