About the Role
Health Now is seeking experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Grimsby. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs within their own homes.
We currently have 1:1 and 2:1 care packages available across the area, with shifts covering all 7 days of the week. This is a flexible 0-hour bank position, offering opportunities to work around your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred complex care in the community
Support clients with clinical and personal care needs
Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments
Accurately document care provided
Work collaboratively with families, clinical teams, and other healthcare professionals
Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
Essential Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ home-care experience (dated within the last 12 months)
Proven complex care experience
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
A compassionate and professional approach to care

PEG feeding
Tracheostomy care
Catheter care
Wound management
