About the role:
Full time position, 37.5 hours a week.
Monday to Friday 9-5:30
Provide ward based prescription monitoring, medicines reconciliation and patient counselling service to the assigned wards
Skills:
Must be GPHC Registered
1 year ward or hospital experience desirable
