Position: Locum Cardiac Physiologist – Devices & Pacing
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Locum (Temporary)

Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate: £40.00 per hour
🏥 About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Cardiac Physiologist with a strong background in Devices & Pacing to join our dynamic cardiology team. This role is ideal for a professional who can confidently perform and report on a range of device-related procedures.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Device follow-ups and programming (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs)
Remote and in-person device clinics
Assist in implantation and check-ups of cardiac devices
Troubleshooting and patient management in collaboration with cardiologists
Accurate documentation and reporting in line with hospital systems
✅ Requirements:
BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
IBHRE/HRUK accreditation desirable but not essential
Proven experience in device checks and programming (ideally 2+ years)
Familiarity with major device platforms (Medtronic, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Biotronik)
Right to work in the UK
Availability for the full locum period
📆 Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Core hours)
No on-calls (unless specified)
Flexible working may be available
