IMC Locums are looking for Band 7 RMN’s/RNLD’s with experience working as Team Lead or Manager for Inpatient Learning Disabilities to work in our reputable NHS trust across Gloucester
Job Description
• Duties will include;
-Lead in the operational and clinical management of the Service, providing day to day management, leadership and line management to staff including non-clinical staff
-Undertake specialist assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for individuals with a Learning Disability within an in-patient setting
• Monday to Friday 8-4, 37.5 hours per week
• End of June start, minimum 3 month contract
• Rates from £30 per hour
Position Requirements
• NMC registration
• Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
• Enhanced DBS
