About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Locum MRI Radiographer to join a leading NHS and/or private imaging department in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled MRI professional with hands-on experience using Siemens MRI systems to contribute to a high-performing imaging service.
The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of MRI scanning, able to work independently, and deliver high-quality imaging in line with departmental protocols and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of MRI examinations using Siemens scanners (e.g., Avanto, Aera, Skyra, or similar).
Ensure accurate image acquisition and high-quality diagnostic output.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary radiology team.
Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
Adhere to IR(ME)R and departmental policies.
Requirements
HCPC registration (essential)
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
Proven experience in MRI scanning using Siemens systems
Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
Excellent communication and patient care skills
