🏥 Locum Mammographer – London (Mon–Thu)
Location: London (South)
Contract: Locum, temporary
Hours: Monday to Thursday, full day shifts
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Locum Mammographer to join our dedicated breast imaging team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a radiographer looking for flexible locum work while supporting a busy, patient-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality mammography screening and diagnostic imaging in line with national guidelines.
Ensure patient care, safety, and comfort at all times.
Accurately record and report imaging results, maintaining high standards of clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other members of the breast imaging team.
Requirements:
HCPC registered Radiographer (Therapeutic/Diagnostic as appropriate).
Mammography experience and full accreditation in screening and/or diagnostic mammography.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
