About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Sonographer to join our friendly and dynamic imaging team in Croydon. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality MSK ultrasound examinations, supporting accurate diagnosis, and contributing to the overall excellence of patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sonographer who is passionate about MSK imaging, enjoys working within a supportive environment, and is looking to develop their career further.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of MSK ultrasound scans (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, foot, etc.)
Provide clear, concise, and accurate reports in a timely manner
Work collaboratively with radiologists, physiotherapists, orthopaedic consultants, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the imaging process
Maintain compliance with professional and departmental standards, including infection control and clinical governance
About You
HCPC Registration (or eligible to register)
Postgraduate qualification in medical ultrasound, with a strong emphasis on MSK imaging
Demonstrated experience in independent MSK scanning and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continued professional development
