You’ll be working in a friendly, supportive environment using state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality patient care.

This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to patient diagnostics without a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stress echo and contrast echo (if experienced).

  • Maintain accurate patient records and produce timely reports.

  • Liaise effectively with cardiologists and clinical teams regarding results and patient care.

  • Ensure all work complies with British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) standards and local protocols.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Cardiac Physiology or equivalent qualification.

  • BSE accreditation (preferred) or equivalent demonstrable competence.

  • Experience working independently in an NHS or private echo lab.

  • RCCP/AHCS registration or eligibility.

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with GE or Philips echo machines.

  • Ability to perform stress echo or TOE (if applicable).

  • Previous locum experience is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rates based on experience.

  • Flexible working days (2–4 days per week).

  • On-site parking or easily accessible central London location.

  • Friendly, professional team with ongoing clinical support.

  • Opportunity to extend contract based on performance and availability.
