IMC Locums are proud to be working with a respected NHS Trust in Sussex who are seeking a qualified Sonographer to join their busy Imaging Department on a locum basis.
📍 Location: Sussex
📅 Start Date: ASAP
💼 Contract: Ongoing Locum
🕒 Hours: Full or part-time considered
💷 Competitive hourly rates – paid weekly
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
✅ A Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma (PGC/PGD) in Medical Ultrasound with Obstetric ultrasound training as a pre-requisite
✅ A UK/CASE-accredited qualification, or a recognised Canadian, Australian or New Zealand ultrasound qualification
✅ Registration with FMF (Fetal Medicine Foundation) and an active DQASS number – must be supplied if available
✅ NHS or equivalent clinical experience
Desirable Experience:
Early pregnancy
Routine & high-risk obstetric scanning
NT measurements
Gynae/Abdominal experience (beneficial but not essential)
