Job Title: General Radiographer – Full-Time (7-Day Rota)

Hours: Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week (including weekends on a rota basis)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated General Radiographer to join a dynamic imaging department providing essential diagnostic services across a 7-day working pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of general radiographic procedures to a high standard, ensuring excellent patient care and compliance with all relevant clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general X-ray examinations including chest, skeletal, and abdominal imaging
Ensure accurate image acquisition and appropriate documentation
Work collaboratively with the wider radiology and clinical teams
Contribute to weekend and evening shifts as part of the 7-day rota
Maintain equipment, adhere to health and safety standards, and follow departmental protocols
Provide compassionate and respectful patient care at all times
Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
Previous NHS or equivalent clinical experience in general radiography
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly as part of a 7-day service
