IMC Locums are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in Older People Services in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified OT to make a real difference in patient care within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential skills/experience: Leadership in an NHS role, staff management, projects/QI/service improvement, medical, trauma, frailty, cognitive impairments, complex case management and discharge planning.
Working hours: 8-4 or 10-6 occasional Sunday shift may be required
Essential Requirements:
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience working in an acute inpatient setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
