IMC are seeking an experienced and motivated Locum Community Physiotherapist to join a team in Manchester. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients within their homes and community settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation in patients’ homes and local community settings.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including GPs, occupational therapists, and social care professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education, advice, and support to patients and their families on managing conditions and promoting health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Manage a varied caseload, prioritising based on clinical need.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.

What We’re Looking For:
• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (HCPC registration essential).
• Previous experience in community physiotherapy or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for diverse conditions, including neurological and musculoskeletal issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential due to the nature of community-based work.
