ROLE: Band 6 CPN
ADDRESS: Wanstead, London
WORKING HOURS: 9-5, Mon-Fri.
DURATION: 3 months minimum
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a caseload of CPA care coordinated and non-CPA clients. Assessment and Triage, home visits, recovery-focussed activities, risk management, duty work
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: MH assessment & treatment skills. Knowledge of care coordinator role, care act assessment, safeguarding adult process and use of RiO essential.
