IMC Locums are looking for Band 6 Care Co-ordinators/CPNs within South East London for a locum block booking within a reputable London-based NHS Trust!
Job Purpose
•This is a role based within a rehabilitation and enablement service.
Experience Required
•At least 2 years’ experience post qualification experience as a practitioner within a relevant mental health setting, including at least 1 year in a community setting.
•Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
•Experience of working with families & carers
•Experience of applying standardised assessments
•Experience of supervising adults
You can expect a rate of £25-£30 per hour plus mileage for any community role!
