IMC are currently recruiting for a band 5, pharmacy technician in the London area.
Start date ASAP (please clarify earliest available start date before we can forward on for review)
– End date TBC (3 months cover, potential to be extended, service dependent)
– Monday to Friday
– 09:00 to 17:00 (although they may request additional hours depending on workload)
– Band 5
Skills/Experience required:
– We need a junior technician (no senior technicians please) that can dispense (inpatients/outpatients), top ups, distribution (including IV Fluids)
– Applicant must be able to work well under pressure and a good team player
– The job does entail person having to go to wards including theatres / catheter labs to do the top ups
– There is an element of manual handling involved (mainly fluids)
