IMC Locums are looking for Band 6 Care Home Liaison Nurse Practitioner (RMN) to work in our reputable NHS trusts across Cheshire.
Job Description
•Ongoing work minimum 3 months
•Rates from £26 per hour
•Monday – Friday 9-5 – part time hours considered
•To work as a member of the Community Mental Health Team, within a defined geographical area undertaking practitioner led clinics for memory review function of the team
Position Requirements
•Active NMC registration
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
•Enhanced DBS
