IMC are currently recruiting for a band 7 Clinical Rotational Pharmacist in the Essex/Ipswich area on a permanent basis.
About the role:
· Previous hospital experience inclusive of Clinical Pharmacy practice · Demonstrated experience of multi-disciplinary working· GPhC Registered · Masters Degree (4 Years) plus 1 year Pre-registration training· Computer Literacy · Medicines Management · Good all-round clinical knowledge relating to clinical pharmacy practice· Demonstrated analytical skills · Conscientious, reliable and motivated · Excellent communication skills with other professionals, patients and carers, including verbal, written and electronic. Ability to relay complex and potentially sensitive information. · Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment · Ability to make judgments on suitably researched information · Accuracy of detail in presentation · Ability to innovate, plan and manage the change process · Good planning & organisational skills · Ability to meet the standards of the Trust code of conduct at all times · Appreciation of confidentiality issues · Ability to work to deadlines and meet objectives and targets · Demonstrated ability to concentrate for prolonged periods of time · Ability to perform satisfactorily in stressful, emotional and unpleasant situations · Flexible and adaptable · Committed to further training and self-development · Demonstrated good relationship skills · Physically fit – walking between areas of hospital etc · Financial awareness regarding the management of drug budgets · Good attendance record · Ability to identify and prioritise clinical pharmacy services · Self-motivated and with the ability to motivate and inspire others · Understanding of and ability to implement Trust priorities · Good time management skills · Ability to deal with constant interruptions and multiple pressures · Leadership skills and capable supervisor
