We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Buckinghamshire. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Discharge Planning experience.
Job Description
oMust be able to work Fridays – Occasional weekends may be required
oKnowledge and experience of discharge planning/discharge to assess.
oThe post holder may be required to work flexibly across locations
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Physiotherapy setting
