Job Description
•Enhanced DBS
•6 month Locum position
•Training provided on IT systems
•Band 6 or 7 OT required
•Clinical areas covered: Renal, Urology, Surgery
•All acute adult inpatients
•Assessment of physical and cognitive function, discharge planning, close working with MDT members, able to manage palliative patients.
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within an Acute setting
