Band 5/6
Recent and Extensive ward Pharmacist Experience in a Hospital setting
Demonstrate good clinical pharmacy knowledge
Competent to check and screen prescriptions
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday
Position Requirements
GPHC Registered
Experience in a ward setting
Must have experience as a clinical pharmacist
