We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with previous Wheelchair experience. Please ask the team for a full job description.
Job Description
•Enhanced DBS
•Knowledge of BEST system is desirable
•Full UK license and access to own car
•OT/PT to support team for 3-5 months whilst possibility of extension due to maternity cover
•No remote working available
•Cover East of Berkshire and provide wheelchairs and specialist seating to a broad range of people (adults and children) including those with complex disabilities.
•Provide care in clinics, specialist schools, care homes and in patients’ home.
•Excellent communication skills, a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and evolving service and has a passion for supporting patients with complex needs.
•We require support for up to 37.5 hrs a week and could be flexible and agree working days with the candidate.
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Occupational Therapy setting
