Job Description
Community OT Assessments for Frail, Housebound patients with a variety of conditions across Orthopaedics, Neurology and other Long Term Conditions affecting someones ability to function at home and remain independent. Will also be required to see patients within a Care Home setting.
Also inpatient duties from time to time.
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Occupational Therapy setting
