Job Description
Responsible and accountable for service/care delivery to clients. Act as an autonomous registered practitioner, legally and professional accountable for one’s own unsupervised actions guided by the HCP/AHP professional code of conduct, trust guidelines and protocols. Skills: Experience in rehabilitation, Orthopaedic, Neurology, long term conditions. Work with Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist carrying out assessments and rehabilitation programmes, continuously assessing and evaluating and acting on outcomes and initiating referrals to other agencies as required.. Able to work independently and with the integrated community team. D/N, matrons and care coordinators. The candidate must be able to drive car
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting
•Highly competitive rates of pay
•3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
•Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
