We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Northamptonshire. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Mental Health experience. This role is working across 2 sites within the trust.
Job Description
To work in acute mental health, across adult and possibly older adult functional and dementia wards. Must be willing to work across both sites Provision of screening, assessments, falls safety, 1:1 and group treatments. Ability to assess physical/mobility needs for discharge and prescribe aids/adaptations for safe discharge.Home visits. Physical ability to undertake manual handling and Breakaway/Low Level Intervention training. Must have Smartcard , MUST have current or recent SystmOne Knowledge ,own transport. NO remote working. THE ROLE IS FACE TO FACE ONLY
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Physiotherapy setting
•Highly competitive rates of pay
•3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
•Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
