We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in South Yorkshire. They are seeking a qualified OT with previous NHS experience.
Job Description
oEnd Date: TBC
oWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30, part time also considered
oSpecifics:
oElderly care: falls, fractures, and Parkinson’s
oTo provide a high standard physiotherapy service, including the supervision of support staff within intermediate care, primarily within residential rehab beds across different locations around the borough
oTo manage a caseload of patients/client and deliver interventions to promote safe and timely discharges.
oTo contribute to the delivery of services to meet Trust objectives
oPrevious community experience essential
oDriving license and access to a car essential
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within the NHS.
•3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
•Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
•The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
