We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in South Yorkshire. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous NHS experience.
Job Description
• Care Homes Community Team
• Experience working within a community setting ideally within care home settings and be used to a holistic approach to assessment and planning with a patient centred ethos
• Completing assessment of mobility and transfers, issue of walking aids, comprehensive falls assessments, issuing of exercise programmes, providing advice and support to care home staff
• Good clinical risk management, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and plan own caseload and visits
Position Requirements
• HCPC Registered
• Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience
• Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within the NHS.
• 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
• Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
• The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
