As a Locum Vascular Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing a range of vascular ultrasound scans, including carotid, aortic, peripheral arterial and venous Doppler scans. You will produce high-quality images and provide accurate reports to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting a range of vascular ultrasound scans
Producing high-quality images and providing accurate reports
Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Adhering to relevant policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
HCPC registration
Relevant experience in vascular ultrasound scanning
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
