Locum Band 7 Part Time Community Occupational Therapy – Essex

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to work 2 days a week, to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Essex, 30 minutes from London. They are seeking a qualified OT with previous Community experience to work 2 days a week.
Job Description
To be responsible for the occupational therapy assessment, treatment and evaluation of outcome for patients referred to the service; • To be responsible for organising and prioritising own and others workload in the day to day allocation of work; to work as an autonomous practitioner without direct supervision, to comply with Trust and service policies and guidelines SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: CAR DRIVER with access to vehicle to undertake home visits, HCPC registered and qualified OT, 12-18 months post registration experience as an OT, NHS OT experience, experience of using systmOne or equivalent, Stroke experience
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting
