We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Lancashire. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Community experience.
Job Description
To assist with assessments for Virtual ward. To help patients to remain at home, supporting assessment and suppling equipment. The post will involve face to face visits to assess for therapy needs, provide intervention where appropriate and possible provision of equipment to maintain patients safely at home
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting
