We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Speech & Language Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Cheshire. They are seeking a qualified Therapist with HCPC registration and worked across a Paediatric setting.
Job Description
The role is to provide clinical assessment and intervention in our complex needs service. This would directly involve working with children aged 0-5 in a variety of settings, including nurseries, clinics, children’s centres, and patient’s homes. Candidates should have experience of working with children in early years, and have good understanding of early years strategies both nationally and locally. Paediatric dysphagia skills would also be preferable.
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Paediatric setting
