We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in South Yorkshire. They are seeking a qualified Therapist with HCPC registration and worked across a Community setting.
Job Description
- End Date: TBC
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30, part time also considered
- Specifics:
- Elderly care: falls, fractures, and Parkinson’s
- To provide a high standard physiotherapy service, including the supervision of support staff within intermediate care, primarily within residential rehab beds across different locations around the borough
- To manage a caseload of patients/client and deliver interventions to promote safe and timely discharges.
- To contribute to the delivery of services to meet Trust objectives
- Previous community experience essential
- Driving license and access to a car essential
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting
