IMC Locums are looking for Band 6 Mental Health Care Co-Ordinator in Oxfordshire to cover a locum contract on an on-going basis.
Job Description
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)
- ASAP Start – 12 weeks (with possible extension)
- To act as CPA Care Coordinator and manage a caseload of clients with varying mental health diagnoses.
- Complete risk assessment and client- centred care plans
- Provide face to face treatment in the community to these clients
- Conduct a ‘duty’ role on a rota basis, responding to the needs of clients who need some additional support
- To maintain all aspects of client records in line with best practice.
- Rates of up to £35 per hour (plus mileage)
Position Requirements
- NMC registration
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
- Enhanced DBS
- Comprehensive assessment skills
- Experience of working in a MDT
- Experience of working in a CMHT, as a Care coordinator
- Experience of supervising junior staff
- A car is required
