Locum Band 6 Community Podiatrist – Cheshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Podiatrist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Cheshire. They are seeking a qualified Podiatrist with HCPC registration, Ideally Community experience, Ideally, previous band 6 community physiotherapist, Access to a vehicle for work purposes. Valid UK drivers’ licence.
Job Description
- Experience working as a Band 6 Podiatrist or above in an NHS setting.
- Ability to carry out doms if required.
- Car driver essential
- Ability to work from different locations within the Hospital footprint including home visits essential.
- Good IT skills, EMIS experience a bonus-but essential as can be taught.
- Must be competent in podiatry wound care and able to work in single chair clinics.
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting
