Locum Band 6 Intermediate Care Physiotherapist – Berkshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Intermediate care experience.
Job Description
- Enhanced DBS
- Assess and provide high standards of physiotherapy input to patients in the community.
- Liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively.
- Create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals into the community as required.
- Ability to drive and own a car for work purposes.
- Sound knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Lone Working Policy.
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Intermediate Care
