We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with previous Discharge experience.
Job Description
To collaborate and liaise with patients, carers, family, hospital and other professional staff to improve the quality of the discharge process in the acute hospital setting, by liaising with internal and external professionals offering guidance and support to facilitate timely and appropriate safe discharge of patients from hospital to community
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Discharge setting
