Locum Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Oxfordshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Oxfordshire. They are seeking a qualified Therapist with previous NHS experience.
Job Description
- To provide high quality, safe and effective Occupational Therapy services to older adults, as part of a cohesive multi-professional team.
- To work collaboratively with patients and their carers to effectively assess, goal plan and treat patients following admission to hospital and strive to maximise their independence and quality of life.
- Minimum of 18 months post registration experience.
- Broad range of experience at band 5 level including core areas, such as respiratory, orthopaedics, neurology, older adults)
- Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a team setting
