Locum Band 6 Paediatric Dietitian – North West Lancashire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Dietitian to join a leading teaching hospital, based in North West Lancashire. They are seeking a qualified Dietitian with previous Paediatric experience.
Job Description
Band 6/7 Paediatric dietitian wanted
Must have clinical paediatric experience and be competent in the management of faltering growth, cows milk allergy and Coeliac disease.
The individual will be responsible for a varied Paediatric caseload which will include covering the acute Paediatric wards, undertaking outpatient clinics and working closely with other members of wider multidisciplinary teams such as specialist nurses, therapists, and health visitors so previous experience in multidisciplinary teamwork would be preferable. The caseload could be modified if remote working was required.
We are happy to offer blended working and a flexible working week.
Hours are up to 22.5 per week for a period of up to 12 months
Early February 2023 start
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Paediatrics
