IMC Locums are looking for Band 7 Clinical Registered Mental Health Nurses for a long-term locum placement based in West London.
Job Description
Our NHS Clients’ Child and Family Centre is one of six National 7 day inpatient services working in partnership with Chelsea Hospital Schools, for children aged 5 – 13 years olds. The team provides intensive assessment and treatment for children with complex emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties, offering intensive work with families/parents and carers to develop their parenting skills. our highly experienced and dedicated multidisciplinary team is commited to offering the highest standard of care to help children and familes regain their self-confidence. Adopting a solution focused approach for hard to manage problems and steer a course towards optimism, newly realised potential and a positive future for the child and their family network. we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive senior nurse to support with the development of NQNS, audits, CQC standards and evidence, roster management and training. uou will work alongside a professional nurse educator, ward manager and matron to support in the delivery of high quality patient care. you will have extensive inpatient experience and preferably CAMHS experience also.
You can expect rates of up to £35 per hour for this role.
Position Requirements
- CAMHS Experience
- Experience working with patients who have complex emotional, behaviour and psychological difficulties
- NMC registration
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
- Enhanced DBS
