IMC Locums are looking for experienced RMNs to work on a long-term locum basis within a full time role based in West London
Job Description
This is a full time role covering Monday to Friday 9am-5pm within an extremely prestigious NHS Mental Health Trust in London.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for the co-ordination of individualised care plans for people who are in the early stages of psychotic illness between the ages of 14-35, for a 3-year period. To assess health and social care needs and negotiate care plans with service users and their carers, remaining objective when working with diagnostic uncertainty. To undertake risk assessments, according to Trust policy. To monitor treatment, support concordance and ensure prompt action is taken to alleviate unwanted effects. To ensure basic needs are addressed i.e. housing, income, support in accessing education or training etc. To work within a multi-discipinary context to provide olistic and individualised care to users and their family network. To maintain standards of professional conduct at all times and observe the legal requirements of the MHA (19830, it’s Code of Practice, The Children Act (1989) and other relevant legislation and guidance. *Please refer to job description* attached
For this role you can expect a rate of £30 per hour.
Position Requirements
- Previous EIS experience
- NMC registration
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
