IMC Locums is looking for Payroll Administrator.
Days: Monday to Friday
Times: 8:30am to 17:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm
Location: Office Based Role for 5 working days, IMC Locums London Office (London Bridge)
Salary: £18,000.00 – £25,000 per annum pending on experience
Reporting To: Business Operations Manager

Job Description
- Processing of direct engagement payroll weekly and monthly through our internal systems.
- Main point of contact for payroll for our London Office, liaising with external payroll team based in Surrey.
- Liaising directly via telephone, and email to clients and candidates.
- Managing incoming pay queries daily from candidates, clients, and internal staff.
- Liaising with credit control, clients, other internal staff to resolve invoicing disputes.
- Working alongside the business operations team
- Managing all direct engagement portals for both AHP & Nursing
- Managing the database clients set ups and placements
- Monitoring / closing of placements
- Complete quarterly audits on external clients we work with.
