We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Therapist with previous Wheelchair experience.
Job Description
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK license and access to own car for work purposes
- Experience of providing wheelchair support in adults or paediatrics
- To use specialist occupational therapy knowledge and clinical reasoning skills to provide specialist support and advice to the occupational therapy & wheelchair service teams and to manage own caseload of patients with complex conditions as an autonomous practitioner
- To ensure a high quality, effective and efficient occupational therapy service in wheelchair service
- To be a member of the Therapy Department contributing to planning and policy development in these departments
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Wheelchair setting.
