Job Description
Working as part of Multidisciplinary teams in clinics/hospitals. Any speciality considered, Neuro rehabilitation, social and care needs of complex patients, Paediatrics, Community, inpatients, Outpatients and generally working in Multi-Disciplinary Teams. Work across a range of specialist clinics – Young Adults, Complex Neuro rehabilitation, Neuromuscular and general wards. Assessing patients’ needs, planning, carrying out and coordinating an individual treatment plan using sound clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience
