IMC Locums are looking for an experienced Band 7 Mental Health Nurse for a team leader position within a Community Mental Health Team in Essex.
Job Description
- The post holder will carry responsibility for the day to day operations of the service alongside the Clinical Manager.
- Responsible for the day to day supervision and management of staff within your team, as well as some care co-ordination to more complex cases and provide clinical guidance on case management.
Position Requirements
- NMC registration
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
- Enhanced DBS
